Internal engagement has been flat for 14+ years costing companies over $3 billion per year in lost productivity. According to Gallup, leaders are responsible for 70% of this loss. Leaders at all levels of the organization will learn new techniques of energetic engagement to create improved buy-in, and unity of purpose. You will take away a model by which you can assess the situation and players to then determine a course of action that has the greatest potential of achieving the desired outcome.
