Ashley Paré is the Founder of Own Your Worth, LLC, on a mission to break glass ceilings through career negotiation. As a Negotiation and Career Coach, Speaker and corporate workshop Facilitator, Ashley is passionate about equal pay and women’s advancement in the workforce. She has over 12 years experience in corporate HR and extensive experience in coaching highly motivated leaders in technology, finance, marketing and startups. Ashley coaches private clients and consults with organizations to create and implement fair pay and women’s leadership advancement programs. In addition, Ashley is a Lean In Circle leader and facilitates for the AAUW Work Smart program in the city initiative to close the gender pay gap. Complimentary self-parking will be available at 90 Acorn Park Drive. It is the garage that is adjacent to the hotel.
When you park at the garage, you will receive a ticket that you will need to get validated at the front desk before leaving.
